Account and Data Deletion Policy

In Guardian, sign in, tap Delete Account, and follow the on-screen steps to submit your deletion request. If you cannot access the app, email tnsecurityservices@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and include your name and account email. Do not include your password or payment-card details. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing an email request.

After verifying your request, we will delete your Guardian account and associated personal information, subject to the legal-retention exception below. Account deletion ends your access to Guardian and removes account and booking information associated with the account.

We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain records we are required by law to keep; retained records will be limited to the legal purpose and kept only for the legally required period.

You may lose access to your account, booking history, and account features. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a confirmed booking or erase records that we are legally required or permitted to retain. Contact us promptly about any upcoming booking.
