Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide to create and manage your account, including your name, email address, telephone number, and account sign-in information. When you request a service, we collect the booking details you submit, such as service type, requested date and time, service location, and instructions.

Guardian does not collect precise device location, analytics or advertising identifiers, or diagnostic or crash-report data. Payments are processed by Square. Payment-card information is provided to and processed by Square; Ongoing Technology LLC does not receive, store, or process payment-card information.

We use account and booking information to create and manage accounts, receive and coordinate service requests, communicate with you about bookings, provide support, protect Guardian and its users, investigate suspected misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use Guardian personal information for targeted advertising.

We share relevant account and booking information with authorized Top Notch Security Services LLC personnel who need it to respond to your request and provide the service. Ongoing Technology LLC, our app technology vendor, may process this information on our behalf to develop, host, operate, and support Guardian. When you make a payment, Square processes your payment-card information and payment transaction. Ongoing Technology LLC does not receive, store, or process payment-card information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell Guardian users' personal information.

Ongoing Technology LLC is the third-party technology vendor for Guardian and provides app-related technology services on our behalf. It may process account and booking information as needed to provide those services and is not authorized to use that information for its own unrelated purposes. Square is the payment processor for Guardian payments and processes payment-card information and payment transactions under its own terms and privacy practices. Ongoing Technology LLC does not receive, store, or process payment-card information. We do not use separate analytics, advertising, location, or messaging providers in Guardian.

We retain account and booking information while your account is active so we can provide and administer requested services. When your account is deleted, we delete associated personal information within 30 days, except for records we are required by law to retain. Any retained records are kept only for the legally required period and purpose.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or request account and data deletion, by contacting tnsecurityservices@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before responding. To request deletion, follow the instructions on our Account and Data Deletion Policy page.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Guardian is intended for people arranging security services and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy when Guardian or our practices change. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
