Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information. Keep your sign-in credentials private, promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access, and remain responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

Submitting a request through Guardian is not, by itself, confirmation that a service has been accepted or scheduled. A booking is confirmed only when we communicate acceptance and the applicable scope, timing, location, and price. Payments made through Guardian are processed by Square. Any booking-specific fees, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and refund terms communicated to you apply to that booking.

Security services reduce certain risks but cannot guarantee that an incident will not occur or that a particular outcome will result. Guardian is not an emergency-response service; in an emergency, contact local emergency services.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, ensuring you are authorized to make the request for the location or event, cooperating with reasonable safety instructions, and treating staff and others lawfully and respectfully.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, subject to applicable law.

• Do not use Guardian for an unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive purpose.
• Do not submit false or misleading account, identity, payment, or booking information.
• Do not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse another person's account.
• Do not use a requested service to facilitate violence, discrimination, harassment, or other unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or restrict access, cancel a request, or close an account when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, suspected fraud or unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. You may stop using Guardian and request account deletion as described in the Account and Data Deletion Policy. Any outstanding payment, cancellation, or record-retention obligations remain subject to applicable law and the terms shown for the booking.

Guardian uses Square to process payments. Square's payment services are governed by Square's terms and privacy notice. Guardian also uses Ongoing Technology LLC as its app technology vendor. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Guardian is provided on an as-available basis, and we disclaim warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Guardian. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

If you have a concern, contact us first at tnsecurityservices@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in another forum that cannot be waived.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of Guardian, or update these terms. We will post updated terms and revise the effective date; when required, we will give notice or request your agreement. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another process.
